Meet the Owner
Kim, the proud owner of Della’s Delights, is a true Floridian, born and raised in Sanford, Florida. After spending over 40 years in the corporate world, she realized that life had even sweeter opportunities in store—especially after becoming a grandmother. Inspired by her love for her quaint hometown, the beautiful lakefront, and local parks, she saw the perfect chance to bring something unique, fun, and delicious to the community she adores.
With a passion for bringing people together through simple joys, Kim created Della’s Delights—a mobile ice cream bike serving up handcrafted ice cream sammies and sorbet push-pops. Now, she spends her days spreading happiness, one frozen treat at a time, while indulging in the dream she made a reality.
